I remember looking at this sight many months ago. I never ordered service!!! I have been having some trouble with my checking account and after talking with my bank, learned that 149.97 has been taken from my account for several months from ichurch.com. I am requesting an immediate reimbursement of each month I was billed, and of course, CLOSE ACCOUNT!!!!!!
I also left a phone message on your 800 number.

OMG, this happened to me. I went to ichurch a few days ago to register an account since the website said it is a free dating Christian site. So I thought I could trust it. When it asked me for $1.95 to validate my identity, I promptly did so because I thought I could trust a Christian site. And then suddenly now I received a charge of $149.97 without my knowledge. This is really ridiculous. I think iChurch is a big scam taking advantage of Christian people’s faith. I already reported it to my credit card company. I think we need to submit a complaint to the Federal Bureau.

I have called iChurch.com four times, I have sent two emails and I have sent two letters via the contact form on the site. I visited the site twice, signed up for the small fee and suddenly I discover several days later that my debit card was billed $149.97 completely without my permission.

No one from iChurch has contacted me. I am FURIOUS!!!

The same happened to me i signed up for this site (06/26/10) that is supposed to be free Christian dating web site, then i was charged 1.95 for validate my acct , i cancelled my account but when i checked my bank account i was charged 49.97 .I emailed then and called… NO response. I went to my bank to cancel my card to avoid further charges. Please be aware!!!

After reading the comments, I want to add my disgust with this site. IChurch sells themselves as a Christian dating site, but they are fraudulently taking money.I signed on Mon. and was welcomed at 8:17 p.m. (5/24/10) and was notified of my request for cancellation on Wednesday, 11:06 a.m. I then happened to go into my checking account and found out that they had charged me not only the $1.95 but for three additional months. Now this goes against their written rules. I will forward all material to the Fraud Center at my bank. This site needs to be shut down…any suggestions?
