I’ve heard before that women who play with their hair in front of a guy are subconsciously showing attraction by doing so. This appears to be the consensus online:

There you have it. While I’m not sure how scientific these statements are, there is definitely many who agree that when a woman plays with her hair when talking with you, it’s a good sign for a guy.
