» Matchmaker Gets Leads From Lawn Signs
After some investigation, it’s been determined that matchmaking service ‘The Right One’ has been getting singles leads from lawn signs put up in cities (including those with very low populations):
‘At those prices, the economics of the yard sign strategy start to make sense. Yard signs like those cost about $1 apiece to print and if franchise office has a slow day they can send out their extra “relationships experts” to plant lawn signs within a 50-mile radius. One successful new lead can bankroll thousands of new signs.’
As much as it is a low-level strategy that clutters up towns across the US, it appears to be working… unfortunately.

Looks like CAUSS.org already solved this mystery about year ago. (Nov-28-07 09:26 PM) I found this information on my third web search.
